While working at Popular Bank, I conceptualized and developed several videos to be featured on the screens inside the branches. The primary objective of these videos was to foster a strong connection with customers, establishing a sense of trust, and cultivating brand loyalty. The videos not only educated viewers about the bank's offerings but also created a lasting impact, ensuring that customers were well-informed and empowered to make informed decisions.
Through my conceptualization and development of these videos, I successfully contributed to elevating the branch experience at Popular Bank. By utilizing a combination of motion graphics, stock imagery, and footage, these visually captivating videos provoked positive emotions, informed customers, and generated widespread awareness about the bank's extensive range of offerings.
